§2Term and renewal.

This Order Form will have an initial term of twelve (12) months commencing on the Effective Date and will to the end of the then-current term.

§4Usage and overage.

Fees are based on the usage tier selected on the front page. Usage in excess of the selected tier , invoiced monthly.
